Delivery Policy:

The AK Company DOES NOT allow pick up of goods, all purchases are Mail order only. Delivery will be made to strictly to the address customers provide on the submission forms. The AK Company holds the right to refuse or question delivery of goods. The AK Company is responsible till delivery of goods to Royal Mail. Any delay, non-delivery or return of parcel directly linked with parcel service must be corresponded to Royal mail with tracking number provided to every customer. All customer information is private and confidential, and does comply with legal legislation requirements for customer data protection.


Goods Delivery:

Deliveries are made on every Wednesdays before 1pm. (Please exclude Bank & Public Holidays, delivery for these dates will be given prior to purchase of products.) Our parcel service: Royal Mail on Special delivery. Postage and Packing rates subject to Royal Mail Services. The AK Company is responsible till delivery of goods to Royal Mail. Any delay, non-delivery or return of parcel directly linked with parcel service must be corresponded to Royal mail with tracking number provided to every customer.


Replacement/Exchange Policy:

Replacement Terms; No products can be replaced after delivery. There are no exchange policies for any product after delivery. Cancelling a product: 3 weeks notice prior to date of delivery, where a full refund will apply (please note there are no refunds for ‘Ready Made Henna Products’)
